What are the eligibility requirements & potential rebates?
Full Retro-commissioning (RCx) Services.
You can qualify for Full RCx Services if your facility has more than 75,000 square feet of conditioned spaces, or if your facility has complex heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, controlled by an energy management system. Enhanced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services.
You can qualify for Enhanced O&M Services if your facility contains less than 75,000 square feet of conditioned spaces, or if your facility houses industrial processes. Available rebates up to $15,000 or up to 75% of project costs. Learn more about Enhanced O&M Services
BGE Energy Solutions for Business (Technical Solutions)
Available to all non-residential customers in the BGE Service territory (rate classes G, GL and P). Available rebates up to $15,000 or up to 50% of project costs.
