Global Facility Solutions performed a Retro-Commissioning project for Baltimore County Public Schools at Sandalwood Elementary School in Essex, MD. GFS completed an in-depth commissioning project at three buildings on the Ft. Lesley J. GFS selected by Cassidy Turley for LEED EB O&M Services at Washington DC building

Cassidy Turley selected GFS via a competitive bidding process for providing LEED consulting services including an ASHRAE Level I and Level II energy audit and Refrigerant Management plans under the US Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program for Existing Buildings at 1776 I Street building located in Washington DC.  GFS is providing Cassidy Turley with turn-key energy consulting services for the LEED credits under the Energy and Atmosphere portion of the program.    

GFS team in NYC to assist with building evaluations in aftermath of Hurricane Sandy

GFS will assist in developing short- and long-term solutions required to return a 36-story class A office building in the Wall Street district to full occupancy by December 10. The building, impacted during Hurricane Sandy with flood waters from the storm surge, houses financial institutions. GFS will be on-site to work with local NYC contractors and the building owner to repair, replace, and upgrade systems damaged during the storm and subsequent flooding.
